You need to find the nearest tire shop on Google maps and take the scooter there for repair. If you have any difficulties with this, you can write to us, we will solve this problem but this will come with an additional cost.

The police will put the lock on the wheel or a scooter / moped will be evacuated. The fine is 600 mxn. In case of evacuation it will be necessary to go through the tedious process in order to return the scooter. The price of will be around 3000 MXN. It is better to avoid situations like that. There is no lack of a parking space for scooters in Mexico. Free parking spaces are marked with the blue line or located outside pay parking area. Yes, we always refund money for unused days. But there are a few details. You must let us know at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance. Since we are disabling the scooter from available to other customers. Also, the cost will be calculated anew, according to the base rate. We often make special offers based on the initial data received from you. But if this data changes (for example, the rental period or the location where you want us to pick up the scooter at the end of the rental), we reserve the right to change the price offered to you initially.

If the rental period extension is agreed in advance, you simply pay for the days for which you extend.
